If I could rate lower than one star I would. First of all you charge your customers to pick up a collection from in store, your website is below average at best and not to mention the fact that you charge for returns! I’ve just paid under £14 to send an order back!!!! In total it’s cost me £19 to do what every other clothing does for free. I used to shop at USC all the time, after this it’s safe to say I’m never going to shop here again and I’ll make sure everyone I know knows of this and stays away too.
