It would be better if you could actually track your package from start to finish at the moment you only get track info from the morning your going to receive delivery which seems a little pointless, also to expect customers to sit in from eight in the morning till six or later at night seems excessive a time either am or pm would be better so customers arnt wasting an entire day waiting for a parcel as it is 2014 not 1980 after all I can't see how this would be to much trouble Thank you
