So far, I am most in impressed by USC. Ordered 12th Nov paying £4.99 for standard delivery expecting item to arrive by Saturday 17th. Apparently item was collected by courier on Thursday 15th but now it seems to have vanished into thin air. No way to contact customer services (other than by email that they don’t respond to), and no way to contact Courier and to be quite honest, I don’t have time to be phoning back and forward so each can blame one another.
Come on USC, get your customer service up to scratch before you lose all your customers.
