The items I ordered are nice items they are not the issue,the issue I have is with your collection store at parkgate in Rotherham,I called in as I’d not recieved a message to say my goods had arrived & was getting concerned as my son who ordered after me had got his 2 days prior,the staff in the store said the delivary had arrived but they didn’t have time to unload it yet,no concern that this was my husbands birthday present,then I got home & they sent a txt to say it had arrived so I had to go all the way back again,not very good customer service in this store at all.
