Bought 3 pack designer underwear.
Cons - Package had been tampered with, only two had label of authenticity attached, only two were the size I ordered, one was two sizes bigger! Returns process involves customer paying postage.
Pro - Customer service did refund 1/3rd of my payment with no fuss given that 1/3rd was incorrect.
I wouldn't trust this company for branded goods however (based on my single experience of using them).
