There could be an option of free delivery, even if it takes longer, rather than having to pay the £3.99. Having said that, the delivery is prompt and always within the 3-5 days.
The clothes could be folded a little neater to help stop creases once they have arrived.
Other than that, good service and I will definitely continue using USC.
