I am very happy with my products, except I would have like to have seen free returns as I want a smaller size in the coat I ordered and will now have to pay for the exchange postage costs on top of the order. This has put me off exchanging resulting in USC perhaps missing out on a sale. Apart from this the service was brilliant and my products are of very high quality.
