Both shirt and t-shirt arrived with the outside package smooth and intact but on opening, the clothing and the clear bags each item came in, were horribly crushed and creased which was very disappointing. Both items were gifts which is embarrassing to have to give in that condition. I don't believe this was Hermes at Fault as the outside packaging was spotless and smooth.
