Service is quick, products are good but USC seriously needs to improve their postage and refund procedures. They need to compete in the market and everyone else is offering free delivery and free returns over certain amount of shopping. I’ve done shopping of about £400 and I had to pay £5 for delivery. That £5 hurts more than £400 lol. Then I had to refund about £100 worth products and had to pay £13 for refund postage. Not very happy.
