Hopeless, I placed an order on the 15th of November, was mean't to be out for delivery on the 19th which supposedly failed, attempt made and failed on the 20th. It has now been on it's way to the courier since the 22nd, today is the 26th. I've sent emails to customer care (what a joke) but they're not replying. If it was possible to rate USC with less than one star, then I would have. I'm hopeful that I will eventually receive my order or have my account credited.
