Customer service was very very poor First time ordering and won't use again Ordered a pair of shoes a few weeks ago only just delivered. My hermes deliver and have lied and in turn given USC a bad name. 1st delivery attempt was out at work - what does USC expect during the week ! 2nd delivery attempt - day off waited in all day and received an email to say had attempted to deliver at 2.30pm really!!!! 3rd attempt at work- again during the week Rand to speak to customer services and the woman clearly was not bothered she refunded delivery and said she would leave a note for them to leave it with a neighbour but it is at their discretion!!!! Finally on the 5th attempt the item was received but never have I know 2 companies who clearly are not bothered and bare faced lie to their customers !!!!
