Terrible. I visited one of your stores and got an item I then returned it and the store gave me £28 vouvher to spend online or in shop. I visited online and brought some items didnt realise delivery was £4.99 also. During purchase it never said that any items were out of stock so after I done check out and paid everyrhing I then got email saying your items are out of stock. What the hell? Why did it take my money then. It then gave me a credit note of £6 which taking delivery off leaves me £1. Ridiculous . Items I received I did not like. Returns you require money to be paid. Really unsatisfied with my whole experience
