I placed an order with 3 items. The main item and the reason for the purchase although available at the time of purchase was subsequently removed from the shopping list. I complained immediately asking for the order to be canceled without success.
So I had to pay postage of items that I just ordered to take advantage of the order, and I was deprived, without resolution or solution advanced by the site of the main item and reason of the order.
