Purely for your choice of courier! My Hermes is just terrible! The tracking is poor and my slot was supposed to be between 2pm and 6pm the trainers eventually turned up at 9:50pm!
This was unacceptable! I have emailed your customer service department and I have still yet to hear back from them however I feel you should be tendering for a new delivery service!!
