Received a pair of £199 trainers that had previously been worn and had blue dye on them and a scuff mark. Contacted customer services and returned the shoes for an exchange. I now have the exchange but am unhappy I had to pay £11 to return a pair of trainers that were not fit to be sent to a customer. Explained in my email I wasn't happy. No refund of my postage offered even though the return was not because I changed my mind but because the trainers were in effect faulty!
