Poor , cheaper prices on some stock for sure. Shop to crowded and not easy for disabled person to mi e around
Online store is slow and does not apply codes correctly. Different prices in store and online - no communication on banners to say that terms and conditions apply to ceratain promotions. Those conditions only become evident after the event and at the time are no way linked in banners and promotional material.
Customer service is poor and they use every trick in the book to disconnect your call or not talk to you. Persistence is key but ultimately pointless. Disappointed again - should learn from my own mistakes and only shop in store
Codes never work properly on site by my reckoning 10% of 200 is 20 and not 10 and then promotion ran storewide - does not work
