Card left saying it had been left outside by my bin but nothing there. Contacted customer services and all I got was an auto reply saying I would get a response in 5 days. I spent over £100 and received nothing. This is not good at all. Why charge for delivery when they don’t deliver. My neighbours are home and happily accept deliveries on my behalf. I have a packages delivered daily for both work and personal and never have issues like this apart from with This order.
I am very concerned where my goods have gone! And the time it’s taking to get an answer.
