Hi there, I have been a USC customer for many years and I can't tell you how much I love shopping at USC, so much so, that I have spent online nearly £620 during the last three months alone as well as more than £400 in stores. I have also recommended you to a few of my friends and they have also spent a fortune buying from you. However on a couple of occasions, two separate items weren't included in the delivery although I was charged for them. The first time this happened, I got in touch with USC and the problem was rectified. On the second occasion, order number: USC40000008932878 a Diesel sweater was not included in the delivery, but I was still charged £45 for it. I wrote to USC explaing the issue but no action was taken!! And on my last order USC40000010806400 both sunglasses ( Jack and Jones space sunglasses and Soviet aviator smoked sunglasses ) were scratched! I will not place another order until I hear from you with an explenation and appropriate action.
