Ordered a number of items of expensive underwear to give as presents, they arrived in torn, dusty boxes, one with an inner sleeve missing with sale and other stickers all over them! I cannot give these as presents as the boxes look like they've been 'kicked around the floor'.
I tried to contact customer service but there is no telephone number.
To return the items would have cost me MORE money and then the decision would have been up to USC if a refund was merited.
Very unhappy customer here, I will not be buying from your company again.
