Recived wrong item.
Payed extra to recieve winter boots, which you sent wrong item & then i had to pay to return the boots that you wrongly sent out to me. I have emailed you expecting full refund of my delivery & return which has not happened.
I will not be shopping with you again & will be sure to tellmy friends, family & work colleagues of ypur poor customers services.
