I tried to use my £20 e voucher I received from previous purchase. This was not allowed to be used as advised no value on it. I emailed USC Monday 03/12/2018, I got general response of we will reply within 1-3 days. Now this time has passed this has not been dealt with and I have had to pay in full for this product.
This is extremely disappointing, I use USC regularly to purchase online and i store and I have been let down.
I still want an answer to my voucher as it has not been used and want to use it to purchase goods.
