Bought a pair of Pumas in black as a birthday gift, paid for nex day delivery only to receive the pair in green. Tried to contact USC but they don’t have a customer care contact number, you have to use their other options which for me wasnt cutting it at that point in time. Talk about stress. Anywho I contacted my local store explained the situation and they said I can exchange at the store. The relief I had is unexplainable. Got to the store sorted out the issue got home wrapped the gift and gifted the birthday celebrant. Thank you to those who helped me at my local store in Befordshire, you qll were fantastic.
