Order processing very slow. Unable to speak to customer service as only contactable via email. Eventually when i was told that order was confirmed and on its way experienced problems with courier who advised sever delivery slot times then DID NOT show up. I contacted USC via email for help but didn't receive any reply. Overall customer care very poor and your appointed courier Hermes was dire. I had to make 6 calls to courier and wait in for 3 days just to get my order. Won't shop again with USC.
