The reason why I gave poor is as follows. After I placed my order I noticed a few hour later that I has chosen the ring colour, early the next morning I emailed customer service to change but no reply. I know that it would have been possible for you to change as it probably wouldn’t have been picked and I couldn’t take the chance of sending it back and reordering so close to Christmas. I don’t know why I ordered it anyway because I’m sure I could of got it cheaper else where.
