Shopping with USC on line was easy and not complicated. Was kepted up to date regarding purchases. But the reason for only giving u a 3 was because they have been a delay of a refund for a item that was out of stock which my first order was placed on the 1st of December and I recieved a mail on the 2cd to say that this item was out of stock. There for I it said I would be refunded my money back into my account in 2 to 5 working days. Which does not appear to have been put back into my account. And now it is the 10th of December.
