My previous experience has been great, but this time when I decided to take out a large order for Christmas I have been let down. I'm still awaiting the majority of my order two weeks later, not to mention waiting two weeks for an item to come In, in a previous order to be told two weeks later that i would have to wait until Christmas. I then cancelled that order and opened an even larger order which I am still awaiting. Two parties that I brought clothes for have gone and I feel that I've received a bad service in regards to communication and compensation. It really has put me off ordering online again from USC sports direct and any other company associated with yourselves. I recieved
Two tracking numbers for my order one was sent and delivered, the other when tracked through your site Said it was at the sorting hub. But when I tracked it through hermes they said they were awaiting the parcel. This indiscretion created concern and I emailed you on many occasions only to recieved a vague email back re: my tracking numbers . Which left me in the same position. . I then rang yourselves today to be told that it was today it was sent to the hub and to expect it within 24hrs. I was refunded my postage but feel this could have been more significant of a discount especially as you offer 10% discounts to students.
