I ordered 4 items 2 number dresses and 2 pairs of trainers for my girls, when I went to collect the order one pair of trainers were removed from the order with no explanation.
I contacted customer service via e-mail as the item was still in stock, but I didn't want to have to pay for delivery again, they just sent a reply to say it's tough basicly!!
Won't be using USC again cs is shocking.
