This was my first time shopping online with USC. I am hugely disappointed. The Hugo Boss jumper was screwed up and squashed in the parcel (not even in it's own plastic covering) and the lacoste trainers were in a box which was battered and one whole side falling off. When i took the jumper out of the parcel it has a brown stain down the back. As both were gifts I have returned them at a cost of £11 to myself. It has put me off shopping with USC again.
