Processed an order i cancelled, debited my account by £60, advised me to refuse the order for a full refund which i did at the start of last week, to date i am still waiting for a refund!
There is no phone number to call in case of a problem, everything is done slowly via email, i wont be using USC online again, my first order was wrong too, there will not be a 3rd order online, ill still to going in the shop, terrible online service!
