Shoes not as they looked online.
Box was completely crushed - appreciate this could have happened in the post, but there was no sign of damage to the bag so it looks as though it left the warehouse that way. Was supposed to be a gift - there's no way I can give it to someone in the state it arrived in. Will be returning for a refund.
At least it arrived in time so I'll have time to get something else.
