Very bad customer service methods. Firstly, I never received a confirmation email so I tried multiple times and ways to contact to try to see what was happening and had no luck and no response. I tried calling a number that was listed for you and actually ended up being charged to call this! Only did I know I was actually going to receive my items when I got a text saying I could pick them up in a few days. When this day came around, I got another text saying there was a delay till tomorrow. Tomorrow came and the same thing happened again. Need to update the ways that people can contact as I had no idea what was going on and was very unhelpful!
