The product I received from my online order was in perfect condition, however the box I got was torn apart and I had to use lots of tape to secure the box. As a present I thought it would be a lovely shoe box but instead I had to explain to the recipient that it must have been delivery when the back was hardly crinkled I thought not. Can’t fault the shoes he loved them regardless just slightly annoying :)
