Ordered a Ted Baker purse and arranged for it to be delivered to collect at shop as I work full time and didn't want to miss the parcel. On the day of delivery I got a message saying unable to deliver to shop and that it would be sent straight back to USC and refunded.
How can it not be delivered to a shop and if by some misfortune the shop had vanished why couldnt it be re-delivered. I now have to go out and get the item from somewhere else.
Will not order from USC again.
