I found my service very poor unfortunately, i never normally have a problem with communication and ordering things online however i felt this time round i got messed around with a lot, I understood there was a issue with the address however i told a man and women on the live chat my correct address and an email to Hermes, however both time i got told my address would be passed on to the courier and i would get it within 24-48hrs however this didn't happen, i felt i was going round and round in circles having to keep asking questions about where my parcel was, in the end being told it wouldn't come before Christmas i had to cancel my order and buy another from the shop it self. I understand its Christmas and very busy time i just felt like i was getting no where with receiving my parcel and if it wasn't for me chasing it up all the time i wouldn't of been told it wasn't going to be here before Christmas and wouldn't of been told anything other than "delay due to address query" every day. I'm not sure if this is a matter with USC or Hermes but the delivery was very poor. However customer service at USC shop its self was good and got the problem sorted straight away and was very helpful.
