I mainly shop online at all the major online store like Asos, zalando and most the other sites. I was a level 4 A-Lister on Asos loyalty scheme when it was on. Through out all of this shopping I never recieved an order late when I selected and paid for the next day delivery option.
This is the first and probably the last time I will be shopping on USC.
Its been 30 hours since I placed my order and am yet to recieve my order. I tried to get hold of someone from their team to resolve the issue but all I got was an email to say they have just dispatched my order. Appalling considering ts been 30 hours since I paid for next day delivery.
They have no online chat or contact number to get in touch with their customer service team. This is probably because they don't even have one.
Yet to get thru to anyone for a resolution.
