Website added the minimum show size in that style and not what I filtered by.
Emailed customer service and no response to date.
Though I did pay for return to get an exchange for a fault of the companies and got an email that my items have been exchanged.
The email did not highlight the size they were exchanged to.
Here’s hoping it’s right this time.
Shocking for a business to prioritise their customers at the bottom of the list.
Customers are a reason for a business’ success. Treat them with some fairness and u may find that people will start to l be loyal to the group and your business may start making more money.
