Ordered for Christmas for my partner, on Christmas eve when I was wrapping presents, I had ordered joggers for him size xl, I opened a pair to take out of wrapping only to find they were size xs!!! But in an xl bag. Now having previously returned an item last year as it was too big - having to pay for delivery (which I don't have a problem with) having to pay to return it, I got no replacement and no refund either, so decided to keep the joggers as they fit me
