Ordered online and they gave me the wrong order and it was filthy when I went in store to get my money back they said credit note only even though they was the one who got my order wrong
Or I could have requested a form online waited for them to send it out to me for then me to send my items back to get a full refund when I asked how long this would take I got “ I don’t know” back. Shocked and won’t be ordering from there again.
