The delivery of my item was late, I wasn’t kept up to date with the progress of my item, I had to email to see if it was actually going to turn up, as you can’t track the item to see if it has been dispatched or out for delivery. Also I think having to pay £3.99 for delivery is unacceptable, especially when I was having the item delivered to one of their own stores!!
