Some items were cancelled once I had already placed the order and paid which was not good as I then didn't have time to order another item and it would have incurred an extra cost for delivery. I then wrote to customer service to ensure I had not been charged for the item that I paid for but the customer service department didn't get back to me for some time. However, the items were really good and it did come in time for Christmas. I would still order from here in the future.
