I was charged a delivery charge of £4.99 even though I received an email on Xmas day saying I would get free delivery if I ordered on Christmas Day and spent more that £10.00.
I spoke to the store where I collect and they said they couldn’t help. I use the online service often and I’ve never had an issue. I feel like the email was a scam.
