I ll give a rating of Average really. Because when I ordered it didn’t state that it had to be signed for. As normally I get them to leave parcels somewhere as I work long hours. So I nearly had the parcel sent back to sender due to not been in. I tried every possible number on the internet to try and change delivery address to my work. With no joy what so ever over 8 different USC stores I rang and each and everyone rang and rang and cut off. So Customer Service is appalling really. It was not for the Hermes delivery driver leaving his mobile number for me to arrange on my day I wouldn’t of had my parcel. You need to fix up on the delivery policy and how it works or should I say does not work! But yes my items are fine
