Item I bought
Size was a large but felt more like a child’s large.
Considering the item Brand was EA7, the quality felt very low and cheap it was such a disappointment.
Also very annoying is the returns. Although I bought it online, why on earth can’t I just return it to one of your stores and get a refund at the store Jilly like I can with all your competitors. Such a tedious process and will put me off ever ordering online with yourselves whilst that process remains
