made the purchase on 26th December. paid for 'next day delivery'.
I had an email on 29th December that says my order has been collected, but with the Hermes reference I have been given, their website says they're still waiting for the item from yourselves
A week later, I am still waiting for my purchase, even though I have already been charged.
I have emailed and tweeted you and not had any response.
Will not be using you again
