Awful experience from start to end. Jacket purchased wasn’t available in store so they advised ordering online. Unfortunately the jacket did not fit and no other sizes available. We were only offered an exchange or credit note. The credit note is not even on a gift card, it’s printed on cheap till paper and gift cards can’t be bought with it. The customer service in shop was awful.
