I placed an order after receiving an email offering free delivery. The site wouldn't accept the promotional code given, telling me to use it later in the checkout procedure, but didn't give me the opportunity and charged me for postage.
When I complained I was told the offer was only for use with the app... POOR I think you've just lost a regular customer!
