Like the clothes and the feel in your stores , but was dissapiinted when I returned something that I paid cash for and was told I could only have a credit note! So then choose something else which wasn't in my size and was told to order it on line and that I could use my credit note online but the staff was unsure how to do this so I called customer service and it was explained ! Finally got what I wNted but felt like a long way round ! Would be nice if I pay cash I get cash back ! I do t normally return stuff but it was my wife's choice !! Hopefully this can help in your way forward with customer relations
