The items were poorly packed. E.g. one item properly placed in a clear plastic bag, the other t-shirt crammed in (unprotected) and hopelessly creased.
The items were different brands, the sizing of which was ridiculous. E.g. Religions 'Large' was large whereas the DKNY 'Large' wouldn't have fitted Napoleon.
