The prices are good and competitive, and if there is a problem with an item they do refund you the full amount you paid, including the postage. Unfortunately they do not accept returns in the store, which in this day and age is a bit shocking.
I returned some boots to USC, their address for returns is in Scotland. Although after 3 weeks there was no sign of my refund, the customer service team was very quick to sort out.
All in all, a good company which is let down by a few outdated procedures.
