Great products, but some big question marks around the whole service. Started with no delivery dates for my order, then when I emailed I got no response. When the items turned up I had ordered something to big, to be told I can't have a refund in store. I have to send it back to online, which I then have to pay for the delivery.
Working in retail myself I found it all a bit of a let down. 3/5 stars is only because the staff in the store are nice and polite, and have to follow the strange processes put in place.
